Their prior website design had helped them scale beyond a local startup, but as they grew in popularity it was clear that what got them here, would not scale well as they looked to the next stage of their growth.
We streamlined the user experience to present the most important messages at the most relevant points in the customer journey. This helped users not just understand the product and the problems it helps to solve, but also layered in the specific reasons to purchase from Medicine Mama, and to feel confident in doing it.
In the first 12 months since the rebrand, the new website launch maintained an 11% higher conversion rate
Mobile conversion rate led the improvement, with a 9% higher conversion rate.
During this period, the site’s stronger foundation was able to better handle scaling traffic. Sessions increased 54% during this time, for a 10% improvement in revenue per session
